We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to manage our entire activity in the Israeli market.
• Manage the Sales process End-to-End for Israeli Market, starting from Pre-Sale early stages, through Deal Closure and Post-Sale early stages until handing over the account to Customer Success • Plan and execute the Sales plan for Israeli market • Responsibility for Account Growth through expansion (scaling-up post-Pilot), upsells (additional service offerings) etc. • Account management – maintain relationship with existing customers, ensuring that technical support is handled properly to assure smooth operation & customer satisfaction • Build and maintain relationships with potential Israeli partners (e.g. Bus Companies)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS start-up company • Proven work experience with Public Sector (government/ municipal vertical) in Israeli Market • Experience with leading response to RFX/Tenders • Experience in negotiating & closing large-size deals (>$1M) • Holding (at least) a First Degree (B.A./ B.Sc.) • Proficiency in MS Office • Excellent presentation skills, communications skills • Team player with Can Do approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English • Work experience in Transportation/Traffic Engineering domains – Advantage
